8And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.Log in to add notes

9So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.Log in to add notes

10For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.Log in to add notes

11But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.Log in to add notes

12And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.Log in to add notes

19Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.Log in to add notes

20Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.Log in to add notes

21In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.Log in to add notes
