17That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:Log in to add notes

18The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,Log in to add notes

19And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,Log in to add notes

20Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,Log in to add notes

21Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:Log in to add notes

22And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,Log in to add notes

32Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.Log in to add notes

33Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.Log in to add notes

36And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.Log in to add notes

37Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.Log in to add notes

38And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.Log in to add notes

39And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.Log in to add notes
